Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or deploying any service through HawlHox, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these terms in full.

2. Description of Service

HawlHox provides a one-click deployment platform for OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent framework. Our service includes:

• Automated provisioning of a private Virtual Private Server (VPS) environment.
• Injection of your configuration and API keys into your isolated server.
• Setup of the OpenClaw agent software on your behalf.
• Delivery of access credentials upon successful deployment.

3. Payment Terms

• The deployment fee is $6.99 USD, charged as a one-time payment via PayPal.
• This fee covers the setup and provisioning of your VPS environment.
• Ongoing VPS infrastructure costs (if any) are separate and governed by your VPS provider.
• Refunds are issued only if deployment fails and cannot be remediated within 72 hours of your request.
• HawlHox does not store payment information — all transactions are processed by PayPal.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your gateway token, API keys, and login credentials.
• Ensuring your use of LLM APIs complies with each provider's terms of service.
• Any content generated by or through your deployed AI agent.
• Keeping your contact email accurate so we can reach you for critical service notices.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use HawlHox or your deployed agent to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Violate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights.
• Conduct automated attacks, spamming, or phishing campaigns.
• Circumvent, reverse-engineer, or tamper with HawlHox's infrastructure or systems.
• Resell or sub-license the HawlHox deployment service without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

OpenClaw is released under the MIT License and remains open-source. HawlHox's proprietary deployment tooling, UI, and platform code are owned by HawlHox and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Your agent configurations and data remain yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

HawlHox provides its deployment service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HawlHox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or third-party API failures.

8. Termination

HawlHox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any paid fees.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice via email for material changes. Continued use of HawlHox after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
