OpenClaw is released under the MIT License and remains open-source. HawlHox's proprietary deployment tooling, UI, and platform code are owned by HawlHox and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Your agent configurations and data remain yours.
HawlHox provides its deployment service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HawlHox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or third-party API failures.
HawlHox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any paid fees.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice via email for material changes. Continued use of HawlHox after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
